one hundred forty seven

We begged and begged Pace to cut some of his mop off. He finally agreed to let Allison Taylor (in our ward) cut his hair.

Too bad we didn't sign up for "locks for love". Just look at that hair on the ground... it looks like a rug! I'm pretty sure he just lost 15 lbs.

And here is my handsome boy with his new handsome hairdo! Doesn't he just look amazing?! I especially like his Rico Suave pose.

day ninety two

Today was crazy hair day at school. Thomsons have dominated this event all the way through Bailey, Taylor and Jacki's elementary days. This is our very last one since Jack will be in middle school next year! Here is what we came up with...

Toni was out of town so Coco asked me to do her hair too. We decided to make them the beverage cousins. Then much to Toni's dismay I let them have some coke and rootbeer for breakfast. I mean it only makes sense!

Tonight was the cheer banquet because somehow while I blinked 10 months have passed! I can't believe the season is over, and by season I mean an entire year. Bailey received the award for most energy. Coach Thomas said, "Sometimes she even has too much energy". What?! Who knew?

two hundred seventy five

Today started off with an emergency trip to the salon to get Bailey's hair fixed. Somehow she fried the ends so she had to get a treatment on her hair and chop all the fried part off.

I LOVE IT! It looks sooooooooo much better! Here is the lady who cut her hair.

3 dozen roses for me today! Sunday is our wedding anniversary so we decided to celebrate tonight. Jade sent flowers as always. He is the KING of remembering and making birthdays and anniversaries special!

These roses are called fire and ice. They are the first kind of roses he ever sent me when we were dating. They are soooooooo pretty!

Here is a random picture Abby took. Jade always includes these heart things when he orders flowers. I have quite the collection of them.

Check out the ribeye and lobster that we consumed tonight free of charge! Kevin hooked us up with a comp. I have to say the food tastes much better when it's free.

They knew it was our anniversary and brought us out this creme brulee all cute with a candle!

Finally a waiter who can focus a camera! Here we are... so full that we're about to puke. We were going to go to a movie but we could barely manage to get out to the truck and get home. We're getting old. I love my person that I'm getting old with though. He's CUTE.

Jacki loved the Bailey/Abby hair pictures in the pool so much that she wanted to take one of her doing it. We went swimming today and I forgot my camera but managed to get this one with my phone. Not too bad!

While waiting in line at the DMV I took Pace to get his hair cut. Look at the crazy photo bomber in this picture... I can't stop laughing! Pace hated his haircut. I think he looks so very handsome though and my opinion is the only one that matters. Just sayin.

Look what happened after the haircut... Pace aced his drivers permit test! Clear the sidewalks... PayPay is now officially behind the wheel.

I like it when I go through my camera and I find pictures that I never even took! Apparently Bailey was busy taking pictures today. It's a good thing because I forgot to take my picture of the day!

This morning Josie Claire came over to play with the girls. She did Taylor's hair up so very fancy! I'm thinking we should re-do this for prom someday?

We went to Jacki's soccer game. She announced this morning, "Today I'm going to shove a lot of girls". Jade's coaching style (brainwashing) is starting to manifest itself in their brains!

Saturday night we went to Cinderella at the movie theater. This is a classic that never gets old. It was the best movie ever! Pace even loved it. It wasn't in cartoon form and he drooled over Cinderella  during the entire movie.

Today is crazy hair day at Bass Elementary. We take this very seriously here at the Thomson household. Back when all three girls were at Bass we dominated the school with our crazy hair! Jacki is the sole remainder now at Bass and I think she is representing well!
