ACM's!!! Karrie and Cyle are here for the country music awards. It sure is nice to have such great hook ups! They scored us tickets to go with them and they were fabulous seats!

Here's how close we were to Blake Shelton. I could see his nose hairs. Just sayin.

On the way home we dropped off Karrie and Cyle, picked up Bailey who was babysitting Karrie's dogs, and we got this on the way home...

Jade got right out and changed it like a pro (with me assisting of course).

I'm just so thankful we had Bailey there with us in our time of need.

day fifteen

Guess what tonight is??! Oh nothing too important... just Pace's FIRST DATE!!! He went to a Priest dinner/activity at the church and they all invited dates. As you can see Pace is ever so slightly nervous and super annoyed that I'm trying to capture it for my picture-a-day journal.

I was in charge of supplying rolls for dinner tonight. This is how I had to take them on account of the fact that Jade came home before I delivered them and helped himself... right out of the middle!!

Pace took a cute girl named Audrey Koch. When he came home he reported that he had a great time! Pace getting his first date over with... check!

For some reason I was obsessed with this Christmas cheer bow... love it!

Jade's company Christmas party was tonight at Mandalay Bay. After all that outfit coordinating stress with Karrie Sue I forgot to get black tights!! Jade and I went around for legit 2 hours until we finally found some. Jade was not feeling the love by the time I finally secured the tights.

He got me this beautiful room/suite at the Mandalay Bay. It overlooked the strip and was on the 23rd floor. It was so fancy and pretty! Jade took this picture right before we went down to the party.

I'm so sad that we pretty much took no pictures the entire night. Here is one selfie though that we took on our way downstairs. Me and my hot date!

Bailey got to go to her first church dance tonight. We had a little dance lesson prior to her departure. My instructions were met with much disgust. She totally needed them though... just look at her form (and face)!

Now it is date night. We were supposed to go to the temple but we ran a little late having the missionaries over to teach a discussion to Leona. We decided to go to dinner and a movie instead. Jacki is taking our "date photo".

Since Jacki is a professional photographer she decided to put us in a cheerleader pose. Obviously Jade did not make cheerleader in high school. Just look at his angle. Absolutely terrible. Oh, and negative 5 points for his facial expression. Perhaps it would be beneficial if he attended the ABC cheer camp.
