day forty one

Today we discovered an old camera that Bailey got for Christmas clear back in 2008. We pulled out the SD card and we found pictures!! It's pretty much like finding a hundred dollar bill in your pants pocket that you didn't know was in there. We found on the SD card 985,354,899 pictures of Jessi and a few of the family. It was so much fun seeing all these old pictures!! Just look at these tiny faces...

The cousins must have been in town

No wonder we decided to get a dog. Oh my heck she was cute! If only I could have seen a vision back then of my back yard now...

The best thing is that I have current pictures of this exact same pile up through ALL the years!

Bailey actually cried when she got Jessi. It was her life goal to own a dog. Oh the things we do for our children...

I look at the trees in the background and realize that they've grown maybe 2 centimeters since this picture was taken!! I did NOT get my mom and dad's landscape green thumb abilities. The kids definitely grew since this pic was taken - the keyboard may or may not be wet with tears as I look at these pictures and type.

I have no clue what Jacki is doing with her hair and look at tiny PayPay in the background... the keyboard is getting more wet.

Here we are at Karrie Sue's house in Park City. We went with Jeff and Jamie and their kids. I think that's Brooklyn under the chair.

This is Bailey on the bus on a fieldtrip. She would have been in 2nd grade in this picture. Oh and on a side note... I wore that shirt 2 days ago (it is now 2016).

Every year Bass Elementary has a costume parade. Here is Jacki who is Luigi this year. She designed her own costume and then had her own personal seamstress whip it up for her.

I have made haunted houses for Mrs. Zamora's class, every year, since Pace was in 3rd grade. She has now moved to the 5th grade so I'm making these beauties one last time for Jack's class. My mom has the best icing recipe ever to hold them together. I'm convinced it could hold a real house together. 30 haunted gingerbread houses coming right up!
