two hundred twenty eight

Today was drive home from Park City day. We stopped by Grandma and Grandpa Pace's house and Jacki got to open her birthday present. Her birthday is next Sunday and Grandma thought she might like to get some good use out of it before school starts. Jacki did not argue with this logic!

Total score!!! She's been obsessed with arts and crafts lately. She actually crafted on the way home to Vegas after getting this.

Bailey found herself a fish in the sink that she entertained herself with until we left.

Happy Father's Day!!!! Jade got to start off the day with breakfast in bed. He had an appetizer of his favorite cereal Oh's and then went downstairs for sourdough pancakes and "fathers day syrup".

The treasures that they make in primary are the BEST!

More cards and letters...

Jacki took this mint container and made a gift for dad.

Jacki made took special care to wrap dad's gift in a princess bag. Jacki was quite delighted with her choice!

Jacki stitched up an eye cover for Jade so he could sleep at night and keep the light out. This will come in handy for his Saturday naps!

We had a lovely dinner and Father's Day was a success! I got to call my dad and my father-in-law. I am surrounded by fabulous fathers!

The MOST important news of the day.... We've been waiting for TWO months now to see if Taylor made concert choir and today we found out SHE MADE IT!!!! We are all SO EXCITED for her! Good job Taylor, I never doubted that beautiful voice of yours! We went to FroYo with the Too-many family to celebrate Cade and Taylor making it but I didn't get any pictures. I'm blaming it on my headache. Anyways I'm SOOOOOO proud of her!

I just need to show you the love I came home to... I LOVE crafty stuff and notes!

Here's a letter from Taylor. I LOVE letters from my team! I save everyone of them.

Here is a doll that Jacki made me. Grandma Thomson said she seriosuly sewed it for over 2 hours! I love it! She actually named it (with no prompting from me) Flat Nancy. I can't stand how cute she is!

Jacki also made me a purse... complete with $5.00 to spend!
