Happy Easter!! The Easter Bunny made it to our house last night. We had to get up early to manage hunting for eggs, inspecting the baskets and 9:00 church!

I think she's happy with the shells and cheese she found in her basket. Now maybe she'll be able to attract some friends with it.

Even the Easter Bunny knows Taylor's favorite brand of mascara!

Thank goodness Jacki got some new socks! Her current socks are a biohazard. I will need a hazmat suit to even throw them away.

And then there's Pace... a basket full of non-chocolate items!

We went to Grandma Thomson's house later that night for the annual Easter dinner and Easter egg hunt. Here we have Jade and his mom conspiring where and how to hide the eggs.

Jade has NO technique. He just threw 2 bags of chocolate eggs all willy nilly on the lawn.

day eighty six

Today we actually did something that didn't involve cleaning. We went to dinner at a fancy pizza place. We were laughing so hard I'm amazed they didn't kick us out. Look at these freaks! They were doing the Tomonson face that they used to do with Cade all the time.

The girls got their eyebrows threaded for the first time. They weren't too thrilled about the pain that was involved but their eyebrows looked amazing after!

Don't let Bailey's pleasant look on her face fool you, she was about to scream!

Meanwhile in Lake Havasu... WORCS race #4! Jade reported that the track was the most brutal he'd ever seen. See how his number plate is gone? It got knocked off in the race. He also stopped in the middle of the race to help a little boy who was stuck under his bike. That is why I love him so.

Time to color eggs! Here is the assembly line of egg colorers. 

Notice Pace is now missing. He colored one obligatory egg and informed us that he hates eggs, hates the smell of vinegar and went promptly to the couch to watch T.V.

Aren't they beautiful? I don't know why but a plate full of brightly colored Easter eggs is such a happy site!

day ninety five

Happy Easter!! Today is such a beautiful Easter day. The Easter Bunny came last night, General Conference is today and we get to go to Grandma Thomson's later for dinner. I wish I had have thought to take a picture of the T.V. Conference was sooooo good today. I feel revived and motivated...what a fabulous day!

The kids got Kendamas in their Easter baskets. They played with these for hours today.

Pace has developed mad skills in the 2 hours since he got his Kendama!

General Conference is over and now we get to go to Grandma's house for our annual Easter egg hunt and dinner. This is something we look forward to every year. Grandma Thomson has a huge backyard and it makes the egg hunt even that much better... they absolutely LOVE it!
