day eighty

Jacki can make a craft out of pretty much anything. Here is a raspberry container that she has transformed into the most fabulous bed for her barbies. Those barbies are so lucky to have her around!

three hundred sixty two

Jacki got Pace a "Ride Red" decal. He loved it and wanted to put it on his car. I still cannot believe he has a car!! They decided the sticker application was a very important event and so they made a ceremony out of it. Pace put on his sticker while Jacki serenaded him with her ukulele.

Today I walked past the ledge upstairs and noticed all these barbies arranged so carefully. I asked
Jacki what they were doing and she informed me that they were taking a family picture. So of course I took a family picture with my camera too! Here is (going top to bottom) Sarah, Lydia, Payten, Violet, Paige, Mallory and McKenna Thomson.

Nothing better than taking a break from playing barbies to enjoy a little snooze on a Sunday afternoon!

one hundred seventeen

I don't know why but every time I find dolls and barbies tucked in their beds all nice and snug it makes me happy.

This barbie bed was my mom's that she got for Christmas when she was a little girl. Laurie and I then got it for Christmas when we were little girls. I was lucky enough to give it to my girls for Christmas a few years ago. Watching them play with the furniture seriously melts my heart.

Poor Ken always gets stuck with the roof of the bed. See that cute rocking chair non the left? More of the barbie furniture.
