three hundred sixty three

We got up today and went shopping. I know, I know, Christmas was just 3 days ago but the girls have zero church dresses and so I was hoping to catch some sales. Pace got himself some new shoes, and suspenders complete with a bow tie! He was feeling mighty dapper so we had a quick GQ photo session.

Yes, he is looking mighty good!!

two hundred eighty six

Oh my gosh I'm SOOOOO excited!!!! The concert choir dress finally came! Taylor looks so pretty in it I can't stand it! Minus the Nike sports bra this dress will be fabulous. I can't even wait for the Christmas concert!

Ok, now she's annoyed with my happy picture taking. I'm still so excited!

two hundred fifty nine

This picture is exactly what it appears to be... Pace came home from football practice and his socks were so sweaty and crusty that he took them off and they stood up on their own!!!!! I think I might puke.

two hundred thirty seven

I like it when I go in the girls rooms at night and find that they have laid out all their clothes ever so carefully to wear the next day...

Or for the whole week....

one hundred sixteen

So Jacki has these 2 pair of pants and about 3 shirts that she is obsessed with and wears every single day. I'm quite serious.... every... single... day. She has a million pants and shirts in her closet but refuses to wear them. When her favorite pair of pants got a hole in them we felt it necessary to pay our respects by having a special ceremony. Pace made a flag out of the pants and we all took turns saying some special words about them while offering Jacki our condolences. My favorite part of this is Jacki's face. She was NOT amused by our ceremony. We, on the other hand, couldn't stop laughing. Maybe a better nicer mom wouldn't have participated in such an event. Sadly... we all know I'm not that mom.

On display after the ceremony for all to see...
(and salute).

day seventy four

Having 3 girls means that they are picking out clothes for me constantly. Almost every Sunday one of them is in my closet selecting my outfit for church. Here is what I found when I went in the closet this morning. Jacki picked out this particular ensemble. Thank you fashion coordinators. I might wear my muumuu if it weren't for you.
